It’s too expensive but taken along with a sleep patch it works pretty goodWe bought 4 boxes of this stuff because my son and my husband and me all slept better on it. At the same time though my son and my husband were incredibly grumpy and irritable every single day. We finally realized it might be connected and took them both off of it. Lo and behold, they were both absolutely fine the morning after skipping it ONE time. Idk what is in it that made them seriously AWFUL but I am so grateful the lightbulb finally went off and we took them off if it. I hate giving it two stars because it could be amazing for some people. I’ve had insomnia for over 20 years and it is miserable but I also know how important it is if someone is having a bad reaction to hear that it has happened to someone else. I assume it’s the DHM causing it for them but I have no idea. They also have horrific reactions to L-tyrosine which is uncommon as far as I can tell in case that’s a puzzle piece for anyone. So try it, but if you feel like you want to scream at people or have no patience for anything- maybe take a break and see if it helps. Luckily they bounced back fast so no real harm done other than to my sanity.After day two of taking Sleepful, I had a noticeably easier time falling asleep, and the quality of my sleep felt very high. I slept deeply with no interruptions through the night, which is very rare for me!Fantastic product I would highly recommend! My only wish is that more doses came in each package. I wouldn't buy againI’ve been struggling for a while with falling asleep! This is the best otc medicine I have tried in a long time. I fall asleep easy and stay asleep. Wish I could find it in a bigger package!I don’t even know where to start, this product has been a lifesaver for me. I recently had surgery and I was prescribed heavy pain killers that made me feel so drowsy and out of it so after seeing an ad I thought I could give this a try. I cleared it with my surgeon & he allowed me to replace my nightly dose of pain killers with a natural sleeping aid.I took 2 pills and was knocked out for 8 + hours. I didn’t wake up once during the night & the best part was I was so deep into my sleep to the point where I didn’t feel any pain or have any muscle spasms. I was skeptical at first because I’ve taken melatonin in the past and I would wake up groggy and drowsy but with this particular sleeping aid I woke up refreshed. For me personally I started getting sleepy just 15-20 minutes after I took the pills. I really do recommend this if you want to sleep through the night.I didn't have a lot of confidence that this product would work, but it did even after a short time of use.The effects of this product might not be immediately noticeable to some people because it's a gentle, unforced sleep enhancer. Benadryl, DayQuil, melatonin-only products, and other products that induce sleep or drowsiness feels like a very forced knockout sleep and I always wake up feeling extremely groggy.This product, on the other hand, feels much gentler and like a more "natural" way to induce restful sleep. I've taken this product daily for about a week, and not once did I wake up feeling groggy or overly tired. I also had trouble staying asleep in the past, but while taking this product, I was able to sleep through the night. I woke up once in the middle of the night, but I was able to quickly fall back asleep. Definitely recommend this product!
