It's the Hispanic miracle healing ointment for all purposesEs buenoI discovered this product over 30 years ago when I lived in the Southwest, near the border. At that time, it was only available in pharmacias in Mexico and it actually contained penicillin. Though that is not the case any longer, it is still the best for practically everything, from burns and cuts/scrapes to diaper rash and zits. I was so grateful after moving to the east coast to find that our local Walgreen's carried it. Unfortunately, no longer, so happy to see it available on Amazon. Perhaps it is only my personal preference, as the ingredients are similar to A&D Ointment, but this is an absolute necessity in my first aid kit.
