UPDATE: Added pocket BVM, stethoscope case, 2 zip up windowed pouches, still have a little room. Definitely adequate supplies for BLS for personal truck bag or volunteer work until EMS arrives.Quality is pretty good, the inside doesn't have much for separating items by category. You'll definitely want to get pouches to put items inside and keep them separate. I have a lot of trauma items, SAM splint, two tourniquets, OTC meds including Narcan, BVM, shears and some other small items and still have some room. Going to be putting a pocket BVM to give me a bit more room.My husband has been a firefighter/ EMT for over 25 years & we purchased this bag to be used for our traveling hockey team's med bag. Previous bags have found it hard to last a whole season, were a pain to carry or couldnt be easily organized for our needs. This bag held up to our 10 month season being hauled thousands of miles all over Alaska & the lower 48. It is easy to organize, holds a ton, is comfortable to carry & still looks new.I got this for four wheel drive backcountry trips and I'm very pleased with it. It is a very well designed pack made with heavy duty materials. There is a lot of storage space and, unlike most first aid bags, you can easily carry it if you need to get to someone in distress in a remote location. I like the way the front opens and lays flat, allowing easy access to the contents while the pack is sitting upright. It's a good idea to add some additional smaller bags to organize your gear inside. One downside is that It is made in China like most items that are sewn these days. That said, it is still a high quality product. It would be great if the manufacturer considered moving their production to the USA. I think the kind of people who buy quality gear like this are usually willing to pay more for that.I've used this bag for several months now and I love it. It's been rained on, set down in the mud, been in the hot sun, and zipped and unzipped a bunch. It has plenty of room for a good amount of first aid supplies without being too heavy and too huge to carry. Zippers are sturdy and slide easily. The base of the bag has feet and a strong bottom that has not leaked or allowed my supplies to get wet. It also stands upright on its own very well. Doesn't sag or fall over when set down. You'll need to buy some small bags to keep your supplies organized inside this larger bag. Well worth the reasonable price.Excellent bag. I wish the compartments were a little more accommodating and friendly to organization. The modules do help to layout and organize your bag, however. Great quality, well built and comfortable to tote around. It's been great so far as my first in bag in my POV. I bought the organizer bags to go with it and it's great! Everything is easy to get to and find. It's also great when I work biking events, because I can hike down a trail easily when I need.Mi papá quedó muy contento con su compra! La mochila es de muy buena calidad, la esperaba un poco más grande, diría que es tamaño medianoKeeps the water and debri out, so far I have had two of these bags for a little over two years and they are holding up great, able to hold all the equipment needed as a response bag. Wish there was more pockets inside inside of the elastic that can hold anything.Por el precio esperaba una mejor calidad y capacidad sobre todo en las cremalleras
