The system's modularity is derived from the use of PALS webbing (Pouch Attachment Ladder System), rows of heavy-duty nylon stripes which allow for attachment of various MOLLE-compatible pouches and accessories to tactical vests and rucksacks.

First, let me say that this item received it's only star because 0 is not an option.The construction of this item makes it impossible to mount on any MOLLE/PALS items. The snap strap was sewn directly over the bar stitching on the webbing making it impossible to weave through the mounting straps. This purchase was a complete waste!!! Quality control is obviously non-existent at the production facility.
